Funky Fings Terms and Conditions

New discounts available on qty's

• Qty's of 3 ( same style and colour ) - 5% discount
• Qty's of 6 ( same style and colour ) - 7.5% discount
• The above discounts are available to full priced items only
• Discounts can only be accepted manually, please read below for how it works.

 Ordering

• A minimum order of just £100 ( ex VAT )  applies for anyone wishing to place an order via the website. 
• Minimum order quanitity per unit is 2 on all items under the unit cost of £10 each.
• Orders over £250 ( ex VAT ) will be carriage free. Orders less than £250 ( ex VAT ) will incur a carriage fee of £7.95 plus VAT.
• Carriage charges for outside mainland UK will be calculated by weight and destination.
• All prices are excluding VAT.

Delivery

• Orders placed online or via telephone will usually be dispatched the next working day.
• Funky Fings use Interlink couriers, this is a next day delivery service ( to mainland UK ) from the day of dispatch. Outside mainland UK will be longer.

Payment

• Please follow our very secure payment procedure at the checkout. If BAC'S is a preferred payment option then please contact the office to arrange 01227 283482
• Full payment must be received by Funky Fings before the order can be dispatched.

Returns

• All returns must be sent to Funky Fings and not our agents.
• All returns must be reported to Funky Fings before sending.
• Faulty goods must be reported to Funky Fings within 7 working days of receipt.
• Funky Fings advises to use receorded delivery as the sender is completely responsible for the safe arrival.

How the discount system works

Funky Fings have introduced discounts to customers ordering in qty's of 3's and 6's of the same style and colour. This can only be processed manually and on items at full price only.

If you wish to place an order through the website and want to claim your extra discounts for your qty's please complete your order normally, when you get to the checkout section you must proceed to the opening paypal page - as soon as the paypal page opens you can come out of it ( do not pay ). By doing this the order will be sent to us as a pending order and we can adjust the discounts for you. Please make sure you do NOT pay for the order until we adjust the discounts as we cannot refund the difference. When we receive the order we will contact you for payment.
